This appeal is preferred by the assessee against the order of the learned Commissioner of Income-tax - I, Hyderabad, dated 02/08/2011 for AY 2009-10.
2. At the time of hearing of this appeal, ld. AR has filed letter dated 17/04/2017 wherein it was stated that the assessee wanted to withdraw his appeal. The ld. AR referring to the said letter, requested for the permission of the Bench to withdraw assessee's appeal. The learned Departmental Representative did not raise any objection to such prayer. We, therefore, permit the assessee to withdraw his appeal, which hereby stands dismissed as withdrawn.
