(1)All schools shall be open to inspection by the Director or the Deputy Director, Health Services or Civil Surgeon or Assistant Surgeon, deputed by Government to examine the health of the students or the sanitary condition of the buildings and premises. In this connection the rules contained in this chapter, regarding the prevention of the spread of disease in schools, should be strictly observed.
