Learned Counsel appearing for the Petitioners submits that all the petitions may be disposed of directing Respondent No.2, Director, National Institute of Technology, Raipur to consider and decide the pending representations of the Petitioners within a stipulated period and into consideration the office memorandum dated 11.12.2006 & 07.10.2020 and also taking into consideration observations made by Hon'ble Supreme Court in cases of Secretary, State of Karnataka Vs. Uma Devi reported in 2006 (4) SCC 1 & State of Karnataka Vs. M.L. Kesari reported in 2010 (9) SCC 247.
3. The above prayer of Counsel appearing for the Petitioners not opposes by learned Counsel appearing for the State.
4. I have heard learned counsel appearing for the parties and perused the material available on record.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of Counsel appearing for the parties, the instant petitions are disposed Neutral Citation 2023:CGHC:29551 of directing Respondent No.2, Director, National Institute of Technology, Raipur to consider and decide the pending representations of the Petitioners within 90 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order in accordance with relevant rules and in light of office memorandum dated 11.12.2006 & 07.10.2020 and also observations made by Hon'ble Supreme Court in cases of Secretary, State of Karnataka Vs. Uma Devi reported in 2006 (4) SCC 1 & State of Karnataka Vs. M.L. Kesari reported in 2010 (9) SCC 247.
