An application No.4786/2016 has been preferred in S.B. Civil Writ Petition No.6530/2016 for correction of the status of the case as shown on the website of the High Court.
Inadvertently, an order came to be uploaded on the website of the High Court showing that SBCWP No.6530/2016 has been disposed of, whereas the said writ petition, namely, Ganga Vishan Gujarati & Ors. Vs. State of Rajasthan & Ors., SBCWP No.6530/2016 is still pending. In fact, the writ petition that came to be disposed of was SBCWP No.6530/2015.
In view of the above, the Application No.4786/2016 stands allowed. Let the necessary correction be made on the website of the High Court and SBCWP No.6530/2016 be reflected as pending.
{2} An application No.4666/2016 under Section 226(3) of the Constitution of India has been preferred seeking vacation of the interim order dated 02.06.2016 to which a reply has been filed.
Counsel for the petitioner submits that a reply has been filed to the main writ petition and he seeks two weeks' time to file rejoinder thereto.
Time prayed for is allowed. Put upon 17.10.2016. Interim order issued on 02.06.2016 shall remain continue till the next date of hearing.
