Section 35 in Rajasthan Public Libraries Rules, 2012
35. Inspection.
(1)The Director or any officer authorized by him in this behalf shall have the power to visit and inspect any public library and public library association recognised under these rules.(2)Every public library and the public library association shall be inspected at lest once in a year.(3)The inspecting officer shall send a copy of his inspection report to the management and to the Director.
