Writ petition (civil) praying inter alia that in the circumstances
stated in the affidavit filed along with the WP(C) the High Court be
pleased to direct the 1st respondent to change the category of the
petitioner from SEBC-OBH to SEBC-ETB for institutional caste reservation
at NUALS, Kochi, pending disposal of the Writ Petition(C).
This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and
the affidavit filed in support of WP(C) and upon hearing the arguments of
SRI. P.R.SHAJI, Advocate for the petitioners and and M/S GOPIKRISHNAN

R1, the court passed the following:
ORDER
Sri.C.K.Nandakumar learned Senior Counsel instructed by Sri.Poulose C.Abraham appearing for the 1st respondent submitted that the entire processes for counselling has already begun and that if anything is done for the petitioner- even if he is entitled to it without admitting it - it will cause a spoke in the wheel, saving various other candidates who are not in the party array.
I, therfore adjourn this matter to be called on 25-01-2023 to await the results of the counselling to be held prior to that which I am told commences on 18-01-2023.
