Section 1 in Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) Regulation, 2005
1. Short title, commencement and interpretation.
- (i) These Regulations shall be called the Orissa Electricity Regulatory Commission (Terms and Conditions for Open Access) Regulation, 2005.(ii)These Regulations extend to the whole of the State of Orissa.(iii)These Regulations shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Official Gazette.
