(1)The Collector in appeal and the [Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal] [These words were substituted for the words 'Divisional Commissioner' by the Maharashtra 23 of 2007 (w.e.f. 1-8-2007).] in appeal under section 75 and in revision under section 76 may confirm, modify or rescind the order in appeal or revision or its execution or may pass such other order as may seem legal and just in accordance with the provisions of this Act.
