(2)The Commission constituted, under sub-section (1) shall inquire into and report on the following ;(a)the working of the University ;(b)the financial condition of the University, its colleges and other academic institutions ;(c)any changes to be made in the provisions of this Act, the Statutes, the Ordinances and the Regulations with a view to bringing about improvements;(d)Such other matters as may be referred to it by the State Government, the Commission shall make such recommendation as it may deem fit.
