Section 2(f) in Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel (Regulation of Supply, Distribution and Prevention of Malpractices) Order, 2005

(f)"Malpractices" shall include the following acts of omission and commission in respect of Motor Spirit and High Speed Diesel :-

(i)Adulteration,

(ii)Pilferage,

(iii)stock variation,

(iv)unauthorized exchange

(v)unauthorized purchase,

(vi)unauthorized sale,

(vii)unauthorized possession,

(viii)over-charging,

(ix)sale of off-specification product, and

(x)short delivery;
