Section 3(8) in Soil Explorator's and Testing Laboratory's Registration Rules, 2001
(8)Chief Electrical Inspector, OrissaThe Engineer-in-Chief (Civil), Orissa (R. & B), will be the Convenor and Chairman of the Committee and he will maintain all records for the purpose. The Committee will meet not less than once in a period of three months and consider all applications for registration received during preceding months. The quorum for the meeting of officers will be five.
