Per: Justice Vivek Agarwal Learned counsel for the applicant submits that there is typographical error in the order dated 23.09.2022 whereby MCC No.1356/2021 was restored but, due to typographical error W.P.No.15657/2019 was directed to be restored whereas correct writ petition number is WP No.15676/2019, therefore, typographical error be corrected.
It is directed that in the order restoring the MCC No.1356/2021 instead of W.P.No.15657/2019 it be read as W.P.No.15676/2019.
In above terms, the MCC is disposed of.
