(5)[ Notwithstanding anything contained in sub-section (1) the homoeopathic educational or instructional institutions throughout Uttar Pradesh may be affiliated to the [[Dr. Bhimrao Ambedkar University, Agra] [Inserted by Section 9 of Uttar Pradesh Act No. 14 of 1977.] or [Chhatrapati] [Substituted for 'Shri' by U.P Act No. 12 of 1997.] Shahu Ji Maharaj University, Kanpur]. ]
