     Whereas the Applicant above named through his Advocate Sri N. Pramod,
preferred the above Application under Section 11 (5) & (6) of the Arbitration and
Conciliation Act 1996 praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed
herein the High Court may be pleased to appoint an Arbitrator for resolving the
disputes arose out of the agreement of Contract Dt: 17-09-2010 in respect of the
execution of Civil Work;

And whereas the High Court upon perusing the Application and the affidavit filed
herein and upon hearing the arguments of Sri N. Pramod, Advocate for the
Applicant made the following
ORDER:

"Issue notice to the respondent returnable on 10-07-2015. In addition to Court's notice, petitioner to give personal notice to the respondent.

Stand over to 10-07-2015".

Therefore you namely;

Sri T.G. Bharath, The Chairman-cum-Managing Director, Sree Rayalaseema HI- Strength Hypo Ltd., GONDIPARLA Kurnool-518004, Andhra Pradesh are directed to show cause either appearing in person or by Advocate on 10-07- 2015 to which date the application stands posted as to why in the circumstances set out in the affidavit filed therewith (copy enclosed) this Arbitration Application should not be admitted.
