श्री विष्णु दयाल राम (पलामू):महोदय,मैं प्रस्ताव करता हूं कि फास्ट मूविंग कंज्यूमर गुड्स (एफएमसीजी) कंपनियों द्वारा प्रयुक्त प्लास्टिक रैपिंग या पैकिंग सामग्रियों का प्रदूषण कम करने के उद्देश्य से पुनःचक्रण और व्यक्तियों तथा कंपनियों में जिम्मेदारी, जवाबदेही तथा जागरूकता उत्पन्न करने को सुनिश्चित करने के लिए एक समिति गठित किए जाने तथा उससे संबंधित या उसके आनुषंगिक विषयों का उपबंध करने वाले विधेयक को पुरःस्थापित करने की अनुमति दी जाए ।
HON. CHAIRPERSON : The question is:
“That leave be granted to introduce a Bill to provide for constitution of a Committee to ensure that plastic wrapping or packing materials used by Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) companies are recycled with a view to reduce pollution and bring in a sense of the responsibility, accountability and awareness in the individuals and companies and for matters connected therewith or incidental thereto.” The motion was adopted.
