Section 13(iv) in The Greater Noida Industrial Development Area Building Regulations, 1992
(iv)In case of the refusal, the Officer authorised by the Authority shall give reasons and quote the relevant provisions which the plan.contravenes, as far as possible in the first instance itself and ensure that no new objections are raised when they are re-submitted after compliance of earlier objection.
