Section 5(xxx) in Doctor Ram Manohar Lohiya National Law University Uttar Pradesh Act, 2005
(xxx)to invest the funds of the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.] or fund entrusted to the [University] [Substituted for 'Sansthan' by U.P. Act 35 of 2006, Section 2.] in or upon such securities and in such manner as it may deem fit and from time to time transpose any investment;
