Section 17(1) in The U.P. Antarim Zila Parishad (Convening of and Procedure At Meetings) Rules, 1958
(1)Every member, who desires to put any question concerning the affairs of the Parishad shall send his question or questions in writing to the Chief Executive Officer of the Parishad at least a week before the next ordinary meeting of the Parishad.
