Section 4 in Kerala Veterinary and Animal Sciences University Act, 2010
4. Establishment of new colleges and recognition of institutions by the University.
(1)On and from the date of establishment of the University, no new college imparting education in Veterinary and Animal Sciences and Dairy Science shall be established except as a constituent or affiliated college of the University.(2)No institution affiliated to or associated with or maintained by any other University whether within or outside the State of Kerala shall be recognized by the University for any purpose except with the prior approval of the University concerned.
