81. Application that a case be not listed on any particular day or days.
(1)The Chief Justice may on the application of any party order that a case shall not be placed in the Day's List on any particular day or days.(2)Such application shall be duly stamped and signed by the applicant or his Advocate and presented before the Registrar. The application shall be laid before the Chief Justice for orders along with a note by the Registrar showing the extent to which, if at all. the work of the Court will be interfered with if the application were to be granted.
