Section 5(4) in Rajasthan River Basin and Water Resources Planning Act, 2015
(4)The Chairperson and expert members shall be nominated by the State Government and the Chairperson and expert members shall hold office for five years from the date on which they enter upon their office or during the pleasure of the State Government, whichever is earlier.
