PRAYER: The writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the
Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the 4th
respondent to consider and pass an order on the petitioner's representation
dated 25.03.2025 for issuance of patta with respect of Government land to
an extent of 0.03 cents in Punja Survey No.645/2A, Sholingur Town in the
light of G.O.(Ms)No.97 dated 21.02.2025 issued by the 1st respondent,
expeditiously and in accordance with law.

2. The said statement is recorded.
3. With the above direction, the writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No Costs.
