Section 7(e) in Orissa School Education (Community Participations) Rules, 2000
(e)The minutes of the meeting shall be recorded by the Headmaster in the Minutes Book in Form V and signed by the least 6 (Six) member of Parent-Teacher's Association and approved by the Chairman.
