Section 10(2) in United Bank of India (Employees') Pension Regulations, 1995
(2)Within sixty days from the date of publication of the "Balance sheet of the Bank", the trust shall prepare a financial statement of the trust indicating there in the general account of assets and liabilities of the trust and forward a copy of the same to the Bank.
