123. Powers and functions of the Recovery Officer.
- The Recovery Officer shall be responsible for recovery of all the Corporation dues on account of taxation, penalty and other dues from persons/institutions liable to pay such dues in accordance with the provisions of this Act and the rules made thereunder.
