126. Ejectment of persons wrongfully in possession.
(1)When a boundary has been fixed under the provisions of Section 124, the Tahsildar may[summarily eject in a manner prescribed] [Substituted 'summarily eject' by M.P. Act No. 23 of 2018] any person who is wrongfully in possession of any land which has been found not to appertain to his holding or to the holding of any person through or under whom he claims.(2)[ and (3)] [Deleted by M.P.
