(2)[ In making provisions in a draft town planning scheme for any of the matters referred to in clause (b) of sub-section (1), it shall be lawful for a Planning Authority with the approval of the Director of Town Planning and subject to the provisions of section 68 to provide for suitable amendment of the Development Plan.] [Sub-section (2) was inserted by Maharashtra 6 of 1976, Section 21.]
