(4)After the process under sub-rule (3) is over, the final list of voters on the basis of list preparer sub-rule (3) shall be published by the Election Authority in the like manner in Form I and shall remain in force as the list of voters for the purpose of any bye-election, until it is revised by the Collector in the like manner.
