16. Dean of College.
(1)Each College shall have a Dean, who shall be a whole time salaried officer of the Vishwavidyalaya appointed by the Vice-Chancellor in such manner and on such terms and conditions as may be prescribed.(2)The Dean of College shall exercise such powers and perform such duties as may be prescribed.
