Section 6(1) in The Orissa Forest Service, Class II (Appointment by Promotion) Regulations, 1985
(1)The Commission shall consider the list prepared by Departmental Committee along with other documents received from the Government and unless it considers any change necessary, approve the list and forward the same with its recommendations to Government for appropriate action.
