Section 21(3) in The Bombay Secondary School Certificate Examination Act, 1948
(3)The Examiners Committee shall draw up panels of the names of examiners. Such panels shall consist of such number as may be prescribed. The panels so drawn up shall be submitted by the Examiners Committee to the Board. The Board shall make the appointment of the examiners from the panels so submitted.
