Section 3(2)(b) in Jharkhand State Commission for the Scheduled Tribes Act, 2019

(b)the Vice Chairman, who has special knowledge in matter relating to the Scheduled Tribes, who belongs to Scheduled Tribe community, who follows tribal culture, practices rituals, wedding rituals etc. from birth to death, shall be nominated by the State Government;
