(b)They should have sufficient numbers of excavating, hauling and compacting machinery and Tools and Plants of the following nature in working condition at their disposal. Excavating, hauling and compacting units i.e., Excavator, Dumper, Truck, Tractor, Dozer, Roller, Tankers, Pumps, Mixer, Generator, Concrete Mixer, Vibrator, Compressor, Well Point System Pump, etc.
