Section 2(b) in The Punjab Privately Managed Recognised Schools Employees (Security of Service) Act, 1979
(b)"Director" means the Director of Public Instruction (Schools), Punjab and Director of Public Instruction (Primary Education), as the case may be, and includes any other officer authorised by him in this behalf;
