Section 54(2) in The Industrial Development Bank Of India General Regulations, 1994
(2)If within half an hour after the time appointed for holding of a meeting, a quorum is not present, in the case of a meeting called by the requisition of shareholders other than the Central Government, the meeting shall stand dissolved.
