23. Preparation and publication of list of defaulters.
At a meeting of the Board at the end of a month or a quarter, as the case may be, the position of realisation of the sums assessed on account of common expenses shall be reviewed and a list of the defaulters shall be prepared and published in a conspicuous place of the office of the Board with a notice for payment of the arrears within fifteen days from the date of the notice.
