Section 26 in The Gujarat Infrastructure Development Act, 1999

26. Officers and servants of the Board.

(1)The Board may appoint such officers and servants as it may consider necessary for the efficient discharge of its functions.
(2)The remuneration, allowances and conditions of service of the officers and servants of the Board shall be such as may be provided by the regulations.
