Section 2(j) in The West Bengal Public Libraries Act, 1979
(j)[ "Public Library' means a library open to the public, and includes - [[Clause (j) first amended by W.B. Act 8 of 1982, then substituted by W.B. Act 24 of 1985, then again substituted by W.B. Act 41 of 1994. Previous clause (j) was as under :-
