State of Rajasthan - Subsection

Section 12(1) in The Rajasthan District Boards Act, 1954

(1)The election of members of a Board for the purposes of this Act, shall be held [in the prescribed manner] [Substituted by Rajasthan Act No. 11 of 1956.] and the voting at such election shall be by secret ballot.
