Section 1 in Telangana Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002
1. Short title, extent and commencement.
(1)This Act may be called [the [Telangana] [Substituted by Act No.37 of 2006.] Allopathic Private Medical Care Establishments (Registration and Regulation) Act, 2002.](2)It extends to the whole of the State of 3 Telangana.(3)It shall come into force on such date as the Government may, by notification, appoint.
