Section 9(2) in The Khadi And Village Industries Commission Employees (Pension) Regulations, 1984
(2)Subject to the provisions of sub-regulation (3) the Commission may, by an order in writing, on an application made by the pensioner, grant, subject such conditions if any, as it may deem necessary, permission, or refuse, for reasons to be recorded in the order, permission to such pensioner to take up such employment specified in the application.
