Section 7(1) in The Pepsu Occupancy Tenants (Vesting of Proprietary Rights) Act, 1954
(1)The amount of compensation awarded or deemed to have been awarded under this Act shall be deposited with the Collector by the occupancy tenant in accordance with the terms of the award.
