Section 13(iii) in The Punjab State Agricultural Marketing Service (Punishment and Appeal) Rules, 1988
(iii)where the appointing authority is satisfied that in the interest of the Board or Committee, as the case may be, it is not expedient to hold any enquiry in the manner provided in these rules, the authority may consider the circumstances of the case and make such orders thereon as it deems fit.
