Section 534E(1)(b) in Orissa Municipal Rules, 1953

(b)for a site exceeding 250 sq. yards but not exceeding 300 sq. yards in area-

(i)for a detached building, 4 feet from the side boundary on both sides of building;

(ii)for a semi-detached building, 6 feet from the side boundary of the site on the side opposite the party wall;
