44. Validity of trial
.Notwithstanding anything contained in section 19 or section 20 where in the case of a trial in a Parsi Matrimonial Court not less than [three] [Substituted by Act 5 of 1988, Section 16, for "five" (w.e.f. 15.4.1988).] delegates have attended throughout the proceedings, the trial shall not be invalid by reason of the absence during any part thereof of the other delegates.
