Section 7(a) in Sales Tax New Deferment Scheme For Industries, 1989
(a)An industrial unit covered by the New Deferment Scheme shall be subject to all the provisions of the Rajasthan Sales tax Act/the Central Sales Tax Act and the rules made thereunder and the terms and conditions in this notification.
