Section 13(1) in THE FARMERS (EMPOWERMENTAND PROTECTION) AGREEMENT ON PRICE ASSURANCE AND FARM SERVICES ACT, 2020
(1)Every farming agreement shall explicitly provide for a conciliation process and formation of a conciliation board consisting of representatives of parties to the agreement:Provided that representation of parties in such conciliation board shall be fair and balanced.
