Section 2(o) in The Jammu and Kashmir State Board of Technical Education Act, 2002
(o)"Industrial Training Institute (ITI)" means an institution approved by the Government, Director General, Employment and Training Government of India, National Council of Vocational Training or State Council for Vocational Training for imparting industrial training in any specified discipline;
