4.    Dr. Surendra Kumar S/o Shri Jagdish Prasad, Aged About
      31 Years, Village-Dilki-Jatan Tehsil-Nohar, District -
      Hanumangarh, Rajasthan. (Presently Veterinary Officer At
      Govt. Veterinary Hospital Utradabas Bhadra District-
      Hanumangarh).
5.    Dr. Shahdab Ahmed Khan S/o Shri Iqbal Ahmed Khan,
      Aged About 37 Years, R/o 23/195, Shastri Nagar,
      Mohammidia Colony, Bhilwara, Rajasthan. (Presently
      Veterinary Officer At Govt. Veterinary Hospital Danthal,
      District- Bhilwara).
6.    Dr. Narendra Singh S/o Shri Asoo Singh Shekhawat, Aged
      About 32 Years, R/o H. No. 402, Kailashpuri, Bikaner,
      Rajasthan. Govt. Veterinary Hospital, Badariya, Tehsil-
      Pokhran, Distt- Jaisalmer, Rajasthan.
7.    Dr. Naresh Nagar S/o Shri Badri Lal Nagar, Aged About 36
      Years,   1317-B      Shrinathpuram,    Kota,   Rajasthan.
      (Presently Veterinary Officer At Govt. Veterinary Hospital
      Gararda, District- Bundi, Rajasthan).

Order 14/05/2020 Learned counsel for the petitioners has been heard through video conferencing.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that pursuant to the part of direction given by the Hon'ble Supreme Court, the petitioners had approached the respondents for according regular appointment, however, the said representations made by the petitioners have not been adverted to so far.

Further submissions have been made that the petitioners are not being paid the salary.

In view of the submissions made, issue notice. Issue notice of the stay application also, returnable within a period of six weeks.

Additionally, a copy of the writ petition may be served on Mr. Anil Gaur, AAG, who may complete his instructions in the matter.

In the meanwhile and till further orders, the respondents would look into the representations made by the petitioners.

Further, in case, the salary due to the petitioners has not been paid, the same shall also be paid to them without any further loss of time preferably within a period of ten days.

Office is directed to reflect the name of Mr. Anil Gaur, AAG as counsel appearing for the respondents in the cause list.
