25. Power and functions of the Registrar.
(1)The Registrar shall be the Principal Administrative Officer of the Tribunal and shall be over-all in charge of general office administration and shall be responsible to upkeep day to day working of the Tribunal and its office, subject to the orders and directions of the Chairman and shall be subordinate to him.(2)He shall keep in his custody the official seal of the Tribunal.(3)Subject to any general or special directions of the Chairman, the seal of the Tribunal shall not be affixed to any order, summons or other process save under authority in writing of the Registrar.
